I've lost everything (well, my C Drive)

XP corrupted (virus?) and the contents of my C Drive could not be retrieved, despite 6hrs of effort.

After 18hrs of the 48hr resuscitation process I had accepted the fact that the laptop would never work again.

Despite Microsoft's best efforts re-installation finally proceeded midway through day 2.

I celebrated with Argentine champagne (3quid a bottle)!

All I've really lost are some photo's and about 3 months worth of PokerTracker data.
