I watched Boca lose to Lanus on Saturday. (More accurately I watched the crowd watch Boca lose to Lanus on Saturday: live coverage of local football here doesn't actually include any football). The camera mainly focused on the antics of former Boca player Diego Maradona (El Tramposo, as I always refer to him in conversations with the locals) during the 90mins of play.
He was clearly off his tits, on booze and/or coke by the looks. His daughter and a couple of friends/bodyguards had to repeatedly restrain him, it looked like he was going to fall from his VIP box several times. He also spat on the crowd below him on at least one occasion and threw water on them several times. Actually his behaviour was way more entertaining than many football matches I've watched.
The nation is still completely obsessed with this little over-weight fucker, despite his drug-abuse and womanizing.....and no, I'm not bitter:

It's easy to tell when there's a goal: the traffic outside errupts into a torrent of 'horn tooting'.
Boca were 1-0 up; Estudiantes just equalised....20mins to go.

Spend the bucks to get codified channels and you can watch all matches of Boca, River etc. This "radio-TV" of the crowd is for the ones who can't afford the proper channels!
Ha! Yeah, in my new place I have these codified channels. It all depends on the owner of the place I rent.
